U.S. Military Genuine GENTEX Helicopter Pilot Helmet Size: LARGE My family member (husband) purchased this from a military shop nearly 20 years ago. The shield lowering button operates smoothly. The ear cup area is made of leather and fabric, which I believe is rare. Since he doesn't play airsoft and only displays it, the inner mesh and leather parts are relatively clean. The black rubber trim has no cracks or tears, but there is some dirt. The inside of the right ear cup has been repaired with vinyl. There are no noticeable scratches on the helmet itself. However, my unique family member has applied decorative stickers (like maki-e). (I'm not certain, but I think they might be removable.) There are also images of the tags inside the helmet.
