This is a head cover from Kolwin. The head portion is made of fluffy fabric in navy and shocking pink, with silver stars and an embroidered cute pink character (a tiger? a bear?). The striped portion is knit, but it appears to be in good condition with no pilling. The number portion has a Velcro closure, but the number applique is missing and not included. Please use your own.
