I retook the photos because I changed the lighting and my smartphone. (Photos 1-4) The wood grain is easier to see with the blue background, but the actual color is somewhere between the blue and white backgrounds. I fell in love with it and bought it. It's quite heavy. Just placing it and touching it felt nice.
