This is the Sylvanian Families "Green Hill House." It's a renewed version of the Sylvanian Families "Green Hill Grand House." Released in the early 2000s, it's a masterpiece house and one of the largest in Sylvanian Families history. It's now completely discontinued, and a rare item with very limited availability in the used market. This is a three-story Sylvanian Families house with a balcony. This listing is for the house itself only. Part of the stairs are damaged (see images 12 and 13). The items in the photos are all that are included, so please check the condition before purchasing.
