This is a Sumikko Gurashi Shirokuma and Tonkatsu Happy Meal toy set! It opens up like in the second photo, and inside are: Shirokuma → Memory card game Tonkatsu → Rock-paper-scissors card game (as shown in the third photo). There are no noticeable scratches or stains.
