This is a traditional Bulgarian patterned woven fabric. It's approximately 36cm x 36cm including the fringe. It's a soft, thin, rustic-looking rug that can be used on either side. The fabric has cotton neps (brown) mixed in. The base color is off-white, not pure white. I bought it about 4 or 5 years ago and used it as a cover on top of a basket. There are stains that were present when I purchased it, although they are not very noticeable at first glance (photos 9 and 10). I have hand-washed it several times with unscented detergent.
