"Reason for being defective" explanation: The player was purchased new 5 months ago and was working perfectly with firmware version 25. When updating to version 27, a problem occurred between firmware versions, and it stopped working. I was told by FiiO support to send it to China to complete the firmware update, but I've decided to pass it on to someone who knows how to do it and can use the player. This product is sold as a junk item. Repair is required to install the firmware. Returns and claims are not accepted. The original box and all accessories are included.
