This is a pleated skirt in a school uniform style. The color is a slightly lighter shade of blue than in the photos. There's a place on the left waist to attach a keychain. The included keychain is broken and not attached. It comes with inner shorts. There is some wear and tear, but if you don't mind, please consider purchasing.
