This is a hanten (a type of Japanese padded coat) made from nostalgic Showa-era meisen kimono fabric. It's very warm, filled with cotton wadding. It has been stored in a chest of drawers without being worn. Although it is unused, please consider it with the understanding that there may be some age-related deterioration due to storage. Length: 72cm Sleeve length (from center back to cuff): 63cm Width: Back width 29 x 2 = 58cm It would probably correspond to a size M in Western clothing.
