I purchased a used item. I believe it's authentic based on the matching serial numbers on the earphones, the serial number plate, and the outer box, as well as the BA drivers and the digital proof of purchase. The earphones have some scratches, but I don't think there are any major noticeable ones. There are no breaks in the cable. There are no issues with odors, as it comes from a non-smoking, pet-free environment. I have not used the included accessories.
