Handmade from creation, shaping, to firing. Made using Ryukyu glass. This is a ceramic plate. I carved a turtle, seaweed, a whale, and a starfish, then set Ryukyu glass into the carvings and fired it in a ceramic kiln at 1230 degrees Celsius. The plate is 0.5 centimeters thick. As it's a ceramic plate, you can use it to hold potted plants, place a hot pot on it, or simply display it. I think it has many uses. This is a one-of-a-kind item. Thank you for your interest.
