This is the "Winnie the Pooh Disney BABY Selectable Rotating 6-Way Gym Transformation Merry-Go-Round." I believe all accessories are included, including the outer box and instruction manual. There are scratches on the butterfly-shaped part (photos 11-13). This item has been used by two children. Please check the condition in the photos and purchase with your understanding. I will include the batteries that were in the main unit, although I'm not sure how much charge they have left. I plan to wrap the outer box in plastic wrap or put it in a plastic bag and ship it as is.
