This is a Michael Kors wristwatch. The stones sparkle, and the color is pink gold. I bought it about 7 years ago and haven't used it in the last few years, storing it in its box. It's not rust, but rather a dullness or scratches. It's on the inside part that clicks shut (as seen in the third photo), so it shouldn't be noticeable when worn. Visually, there are no scratches on the face. The battery is dead, so please have the battery replaced by the buyer. ⭐︎
