Buzz Rickson's BR12032 Jacket, Deck, Zip Type N-1 NAVY DEPARTMENT 1945 MODEL This is an N-1 deck jacket, which was issued for US NAVY deck work, and reproduces the 1945 model, which is said to be the late model. The surface is made of a cotton grosgrain material called jungle cloth, which is windproof, and the lining is made of alpaca/wool, which covers the neck and is very warm. The cuffs are made of wool. It is a standard winter outerwear for American casual style. As shown in image 9, the chin strap is usually piped with olive green fabric, but this item is a single khaki color, making it a "rare item" that is not usually available. Other than that, it can be used without any effect on functionality. After purchasing new, the condition is very good due to wearing it for a short time a few times. The wool ribs are also free of pilling, and there are no noticeable scratches on the jungle cloth surface.
