This is a Samsonite 3-way business bag. It can be used as a briefcase, shoulder bag, or backpack (shoulder strap is not included, so please prepare one if needed). It has a large capacity, and can comfortably hold a 13-14 inch laptop, a 500ml water bottle, documents, a wallet, and other small items. It's in beautiful condition, having only been used for a few days on business trips. There are scratches on the handle hardware from attaching a key holder, but they are mostly on the back side, so the front side is clean. There are some minor scratches on the corners from bumping, but no noticeable damage.
