Kutani-yaki color-painted leaf series by Kokutaro Kasai, which was also sold at stores like Hokuyo Kurashi no Dougu-ten. Two each of the oval deep plates and mini bowls, for a total of four pieces. I initially used these daily, but haven't used them much in the last few years. There are no stains or chips, but there are some minor scratches. There were black spots from the beginning. The mini bowls have been used very few times. These are valuable plates that are no longer available. The leaves adorning the edges are a gentle green, each one carefully painted. The hand-painted texture is very lovely. The coloring also has variations in shade, creating a warm and comforting feel. Regarding the shape, there are individual differences due to the handmade nature. Please understand this as the characteristic of a handcrafted item, with its subtle irregularities. They go well with any dish, and the oval bowls are suitable for curries and stews, while the mini bowls can be widely used for soups, salads, yogurt, and more.
