I made and used this for a 2024 year-end party. The arms are made of felt, and I've inserted toothpicks into the fingers to prevent them from bending. It's secured at the chest with a Velcro band. The wig is made of milk cartons and paper, and is stiff. Please check the photos. A wig net is included. The beard is made of milk cartons and black tape, and is held in place with rubber bands that go around the ears. Please check the photos of it being worn.
