It's generally clean as it wasn't played with much. There are some scratches on the box from use, but no major scratches or stains are visible. The included booklet shows signs of use. Two of the five glass pieces that fit into the windows are missing. I haven't checked everything, but I think there's little chance of losing them since I was playing with it on a mat. Everything has been cleaned with disinfectant spray. Please understand that this is a used item stored at home. Thank you!
