I purchased this at a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa a year ago. Based on the Patagonia tag, I believe it was manufactured between the late 1980s and early 1990s! The tag was cut off when I bought it, so the size isn't clear, but it's smaller than a size L Snap-T, so I think it's equivalent to a men's M. It's thick and very warm! Please see the photos for the measurements. I wore it at 172cm and 65kg, and the length was perfect, making it a trendy size! As you can see in the photos, there are some melt marks on the back and near the shoulders. You might be able to remove them, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
