This is a cover specifically for the iPhone 13. It was a made-to-order item from the official Familiar website, purchased for around 25,000 yen, and comes with a genuine leather strap. The iPhone case has been used for about a year and shows significant signs of wear. There is color fading on the corners, and some of the vinyl is peeling off. Please refer to the photos. The genuine leather strap has been hardly used. I am selling this due to changing to a new phone model.
