This is a backpack in the camouflage pattern of the JGSDF (Self-Defense Forces), "Senjin" (Warrior). It shows signs of use, but there are no tears and it should still be usable. It has side pockets on both sides, and can hold quite a bit. Also, the zipper on the top opens wide, making it easy to put things in and take them out. *The female (receiving) part of the chest adjustment strap is missing. This is the part circled in red in photo 5.
