I had it dry cleaned before listing it, but it didn't come out. You can also wear it without folding the cuffs, so if you are concerned, you can wear it without folding them. Overall, there is a slight fading of the navy color. There are no tears, fraying, or severe discoloration, and it is in relatively good condition overall. Spare buttons are also included. The pom-pom part of the girl's hat on the back has some orange discoloration when viewed from above. It's not very noticeable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
