A set of very old riding boots, two spurs, and a dedicated Boston bag with horseshoe decorations. Although used only a few times, the leather of the boots seems to have hardened due to long-term storage. The surface has been polished with shoe polish, but I'm selling this hoping to find someone who can care for the leather, someone who can still use them even if they're stiff, or someone who knows how to soften them. I saw online that rubbing in mink oil (a softener) and warming it with a hairdryer will allow the mink oil to penetrate and soften the leather, but I haven't tried it.
