This is a soft vinyl figure of Rex, the baby Tyrannosaurus that hatched from an egg in the 1993 Kadokawa movie, "REX: A Dinosaur's Story." Made by Kaiyodo. "REX: A Dinosaur's Story" was the film debut of actress Yumi Adachi, and the original story was by Mutsuhiro "Muttsu-gorou" Hatake. The unfortunate film was subject to successive screenings being cancelled when the president was arrested for marijuana or drug-related offenses during the release of Kadokawa's "REX: A Dinosaur's Story." It was made at the time of the film's release, as "1993" is written on the sole of the foot. REX is cutely reproduced.
