This is a TIGER ice jar with a vacuum-insulated double-wall structure that keeps ice cold for a long time. I don't know if it's been used, but it's clean enough that it doesn't look like it has. The outer box is dirty from deterioration, but the contents are clean and the Tiger mark is cute. It's a stylish monochrome color not found in other listings, and I think it's great for outdoor use.
