This is a set of three lures: a jointed minnow for trout, the Loach 40mm 2.0g S, and what appears to be a Palmes Mildred MR-48JS, although the name is difficult to read. The set includes one Loach and two Mildreds. I haven't used these in the last few years, so you might want to replace the hooks. I remember using them only a few times each.
