Cartridge replacement costs around 16,500 yen, please check the OSG website for details. The main unit has no noticeable stains and I think it's relatively clean. There are some stains on the parts that come into contact with water that cannot be completely removed. Everything in the photos is included. Regarding installation to your home's water supply, separate parts may be required depending on the shape, so please check with OSG. I had OSG perform maintenance every year. During the maintenance a year ago, I was told that the concentration of hydrogen water was decreasing. I didn't request a cartridge replacement this year, so the current condition is unknown. Please understand that this is a product with some issues. You will need to request and have the cartridge installed by OSG. With a single phone call, an OSG technician will come directly to replace the cartridge and perform concentration tests and maintenance each time. The instruction manual and original box are not included, so please be aware of this.
