This is a Discoat ribbed gather pullover (^^) The color is navy, and the size is free size. I bought it in January of this year, but it didn't really suit me, so I only wore it once and then folded it up for storage. It has a nice design and is a very cute knit with a soft, bouncy feel ♡ It seems to be sold online only this year as well.
