It really helped me because my baby slept soundly while using it. The cover is made of contact-cooling material. I washed it frequently, so the paint on the zipper has chipped a little. I don't think it affects the use of the product. It has been home-cleaned. I will ship it in the box it arrived in from the official website. The cushion was originally compressed when it arrived, so I will put it in a compression bag for shipping.
