Nitto Front Carrier M-12, I believe. This is an easy-to-use rack that attaches to cantilever brake bosses. The sticker on the top is scuffed. There are signs of use and minor scratches. Cantilever boss mounting bolts included. I am selling it because it didn't fit my bike.
