Items with broken wheels are turned over. There may be other damage as well. There are scratches and paint chips. I think small children will enjoy playing with them. They are dusty. Please wash them once. There are wind-up toys, hand-powered toys, and keychain-type toys mixed in. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues.
