This is a long bag for a Tsugaru-jamisen (shamisen). The main color of the outer fabric is dark navy. It's striped Oshima Tsumugi, with white and red threads woven into the weft. It's lightweight and has a smooth, silky feel. The lining is Edo Komon satin. It's a satin-like fabric. It has a beige base with a fine reddish-brown pattern. Both the outer and inner fabrics are unused, genuine silk.
