By removing it and inserting it upside down from below, it can be used in a super low angle. For reference, the plate of the ball head is at my eye level, and I am 173cm tall. There are scratches and paint wear commensurate with age, but there are no bends in the pipes or stripped threads. I haven't thrown it around or used it roughly, so I think it can still be used for a long time. Shipping is planned via Yamato Takkyubin (100 size). The legs and center ball will be disassembled and packed in a cardboard box for shipping.
