The set is complete, but everything except Mikasa's muffler has been opened once. The art book and items inside are in good condition, but the outer box has some damage. (This is how it was received.) I plan to ship it with tape on the outer box. If you would like it shipped in an additional cardboard box, I can do so for an extra 1,000 yen.
