There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there are stains on both shoulders (photos 3 and 4), and pilling around the waist and on the belt (photos 5 and 6). No box. Includes the instruction manual and a cloth carrying bag from the official website! The carrying bag has no dirt or scratches on the front, but there are loose threads on the reverse side. Please check the images. When shipping, the baby carrier will be folded and placed in the included carrying bag, and then packed in a cardboard box. See the last image! Washed at home.
