Operation has been confirmed with an AC adapter and AA batteries. Simple operation check completed (CD playback, fast forward, rewind, and other buttons) Sound output confirmed with headphones. Skipping occurs in the latter half of the CD. It may be fixed with cleaning, but it is as is. The LCD display is also beautiful. Disinfected and cleaned.
