This is a coat from the United Bamboo era. The construction is very solid. The buttons, engravings, the back of the buttons, and the buttonholes are all carefully finished. The lining is also in beautiful condition. There is a slight stain on the name tag at the neck. I haven't been able to wear it much, so I'm hoping someone will.
