Leveraging my experience as an haute couture dress designer, I have created a unique unlined kimono with a novel sensibility. The black lace-like flocking, fashioned into a stripe pattern, results in a piece that is stylish, modern, and carries a hint of retro charm. This piece was exhibited at the recently held 2022 Japan Creation and received positive feedback. A version in a different color is planned for production soon.
