It is recommended for blouses and skirts in spring and summer. I bought it because it was cute, but I couldn't get around to using it, so I'm selling it to organize my fabrics. It has not been pre-washed. I opened it once to check the contents, but it has been stored in this dedicated case since then. It is basically unused and new, but please understand that it is stored by a private individual.
