This item has been run around an O-zashiki layout for several laps. The operation of the vehicles and the condition of the headlights and taillights have been confirmed. The front safety valve has been reattached (as it came off when stored in the plastic case). Attached parts are included. The air pipes have been inked. The outer box has some damage.
