The w447 series doesn't have drink holders, etc., that are considerate of the rear seats, wasting the spaciousness of the rear seats. These are parts that allow rear seat passengers to spend time comfortably and elegantly. Simply remove the back plate (plastic plate) of the original seat and install these.
