This is a parasol from IKEA, designed to attach to fences or railings. I thought it was lovely when I saw it in the store a few years ago. I bought it intending to use it on my balcony table, just like in the photos, but my balcony was too small. I tried it once and it didn't work, so I put it away immediately. Therefore, it's in very clean condition, with no stains or scratches. It's a beautiful blue color, stylish and typical of IKEA. This color is quite rare.
