This was purchased for a club activity when I was in high school. I only used it about 4 or 5 times and it's been in the closet ever since. The size is L for the top and bottom, and M for both belts. It seems the size doesn't really matter much for compression, so I think it will be effective for anyone. I'm open to discussing price reductions.
