This is a rain umbrella I purchased about 20 years ago and haven't used much. The fabric part is in a clean condition with no noticeable stains. Please check the images for the handle, as the vinyl has not been removed and shows some deterioration. There is a stain on the inner brand tag. It's a cute umbrella with a bright red color, black hearts, arrows, and an orb design.
