I think it's in relatively good condition, but please understand that it is a used item and has been stored by a private individual. The size is listed as 1, which I believe is a size S. The waist has elastic from the sides to the back. Approximate measurements when laid flat: Waist: 31 cm Length (front): 85 cm Length (back): 90 cm
