Scraps of kimono fabric from the Meiji and Taisho eras. Shibori (tie-dye) pattern. Silk crepe. 25cm x 100cm, 1 piece. 25cm x 30cm, 1 piece. There are small flaws, stains, and tears throughout. These are pieces of old kimonos that have been unpicked, washed, and prepared. They have been stored at home, and there are some damaged areas. In such cases, the dimensions are measured excluding those areas.
