This is a silk Michiyuki coat. It's an awase (lined) garment. This is a beautiful, chic dove-gray Michiyuki coat with a hand-painted Tsujigahana pattern. A Michiyuki coat is considered more formal than a haori, so how about wearing it over a visiting kimono? It has pockets (see photo 10). There are no noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
