This is an Iris Ohyama humidifier and air purifier. It's a heater type, so it humidifies quite well. I took pictures as best I could, and it appears there's no mold in the humidifying unit, fan, or tank. I will clean it before handing it over, but it's recommended to replace the HEPA filter with a new one.
