This is a rash guard. There's no tag, but I purchased it as a size 95. I only used it when my child was in the youngest class of kindergarten for pool play. Although it's size 95, it was quite small and my child quickly outgrew it. I think it can be worn by children who wear sizes 70 or 80. There are no major stains, but please understand that this is a personal inspection, so there may be other overlooked stains.
