In Morocco, many people wear babouches that fit snugly to the heel, but if you prefer a looser fit, please choose a larger size. The indicated size guide is for Japanese customers who prefer a looser fit. If you are accustomed to wearing babouches snugly, you may want to consider one size smaller. Please use this as a reference based on your foot shape, such as high instep or wide feet. These are custom-made for Japanese customers at a Moroccan atelier with whom we have a direct contract, so the quality is far superior to those purchased at souvenir shops. However, as they are handmade, there may be some imperfections such as (stains, scratches, loose threads, paint peeling, wrinkles, dents, loose sequins). Babouches are made from genuine leather (sheepskin) and are tanned using traditional methods. These babouches are made with methods to minimize odor and are part of our odorless series. However, individual sensitivities vary, so please refrain from purchasing if you are particularly sensitive. That said, the leather scent will diminish with use, so please rest assured. The color may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor. We will ship via Nekoposu, compressed, which may cause slight deformation, but it will return to its original shape with use.
